Every timepiece we offer is brand new, factory-sealed, and in pristine condition—carefully inspected and delivered with its original box and manufacturer warranty paperwork. We want every customer to shop with complete confidence, knowing they’ll receive a genuine product backed by our dedication to integrity and trust.

🔒 Final Sale Items

To maintain our strict quality standards, the following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

• Watch bands
• Products purchased at a discount, on sale, or below MSRP
• Batteries
• Earrings and nose pins
• Custom-made and engraved items
• Altered or sized rings

This policy ensures every customer receives an untouched, factory-fresh item—just as intended.

🔁 Exchanges for Regular-Priced Online Purchases

While we do not offer refunds, regular-priced items purchased from LegacyJewellery.ca may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item was purchased at regular price (no discounts or promotional offers).
• The item is in pristine, unworn, and unsized condition, with the original seal and protective film intact.
• All original packaging and inclusions must be returned, including:
 • Warranty card
 • Sale tag
 • Watch box and cuff or cushion
• For watches with leather straps: no folds, creases, or dent marks should be visible.

Regular-priced online purchases can be exchanged in person at our boutique in:

within 7 days of receiving your order. After this time, exchanges will no longer be eligible.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the original payment.
• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, without any signs of wear, damage, sizing, or alteration.
