ONLINE PURCHASES POLICY

All products purchased on sale with discount or through promotional offers are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All of the following items are final sale (non-exchangeable and non-refundable): Watches with leather bands, watch bands, batteries, earrings, nose pins, custom pieces, engraved items, and altered rings.

For items purchased at the regular price on legacyjewellery.ca, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply:
  • The product must be purchased at the regular price without any sale, discount, or promotional offers applied.
  • Any item subject to a discount or on sale is deemed a final sale.
  • The product must be in pristine—unworn and unsized, original condition--with original seal and wrapping film.
  • It must be accompanied by complete original packaging and all original inclusions, including the warranty card, sale tag, and cuff/cushion.
  • Watch leather bands or watches with leather band should not show any fold or dent marks

Legacyjewellery.ca purchased regualr priced items can be exchanged in person to our Bridlewood Shopping Mall location within 7 days of the package delivery. Beyond this period, the order is no longer eligible for exchange.

Please note that we will not be responsible for exchange shipping fees. All items must be in their original condition as sent, with no signs of wear, damage, sizing, or alteration. If our inspection department detects any signs of wear, the return may be subject to refusal.
